We are located 11 miles north of Shelton and
3 miles south of Hoodsport on US Hwy 101. Look for our signature
neon "Mason County PUD No 1" sign on top of our building
on the west side of the highway.

Customer service representatives are available
during normal business hours to help you with your needs:
Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
We have a 24-hour answering service that will
take your after-hours calls for power outages and water problems.
Radio Help
The PUD is a member of the Radio Help Program.
All of our vehicles are equipped with radios and marked with a "Radio
Help" sticker.
In case of an emergency, the public may ask
our vehicle drivers to radio for the appropriate help. This service
provides an instant radio link to summon the appropriate emergency
response agencies for an accident, fire or life-threatening situation.
This service is for emergencies only. We can't
fix the emergency situation for you, but we can assist in getting
help quickly.
